As the Finance Manager at Harcourts Tandem, Jan plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the financial operations of the company.    Jan also manages the rental portfolio trust account; this involves overseeing and handling of funds related to our rental properties held in our regularly audited trust bank account.

By her careful management of our rental portfolio trust account, you can be assured that funds are handled responsibly, legal requirements are met, and both property owners and tenants are treated fairly. 

With a robust background in financial management and analysis, Jan is responsible for ensuring the fiscal health and efficiency of our property management operations.  Jan combines strategic financial planning with hands-on management to support the company’s goals and drive long-term success.
